Wisconsin State law requires for you to be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo.
Please don't forget to bring a state issued photo ID as proof of age.
Piercing
Wisconsin State law requires for you to be at least 16 years old with parental consent or 18 years old to receive a body piercing.. If you are 18, please don't forget to bring a state issued photo ID as proof of age.
If you are 16-17 please don't forget to bring in a parent/legal guardian and state issued IDs for both of you. If you have different last names or addresses please contact us for further documentation.
